Did you know that you don’t need a farm or a plot of soil to grow onions?
If you are an onion lover like me, or if you simply find onions necessary to your everyday meals, this trick will surely make wonders for you.
You just need several cardboard egg trays, a bunch of onions, and sawdust!
The first thing you would need to do would be to wrap an egg tray in cling wrap. Get several others and soak them in water.
Take the damp egg trays and pile them on top of the wrapped tray. Place saw dust on each of the hollows. Cut the top of the onions and place the onions on the hollow part of the tray, the same way you would put eggs on the tray.
After 3 days, there will be a sprout growing out of the bulb.
